HOMECOMING 2009 ~ Saturday, October 10
Cheer on Tufts as the Jumbos face the Bowdoin College Polar Bears and the Colby College Mules at Homecoming 2009! Join us for a full day of activities for the entire family on J-Field. Visit Homecoming Village for free food and beverages, free giveaway items, and lots of Jumbo spirit. Don’t forget to bring future Jumbos to Kids Corner for arts and crafts and other games.

Inside the Activist's Study.
Amy Goodman, host of the award-winning "Democracy Now!" and David Goodman, prominent investigative journalist, will have a lively discussion about the problems and promise of media to bring about social change.
This new series will bring prominent journalists, actors, filmmakers and a wide array of activist leaders who have advocated positive social change and to bring about social justice. Modeled on the popular similarly titled television series, "Inside the Activist's Study" will feature in-depth interviews and afford time for much audience participation.

Run with the herd! Join alumni, students, friends, and dignitaries for a 5K around campus. Pass by memorable highlights of your Tufts experience. Post race party will feature breakfast, sports massages by Elisabeth Grady massage therapists, and a stretching clinic by Tufts BSOT.

Tufts Homecoming Bike Ride

8:45 am - Bus departs to the Grafton campus
Join alumni and members of the Tufts Community for a fun-filled Homecoming bike ride from the Grafton campus to the Medford campus, arriving at the Ellis Oval gates by 2:30 pm.

The festivities get under way on J-Field. Bring the family, catch up with classmates, and enjoy free food. Don’t forget to visit Kid’s Corner where little Jumbos can have fun with games and crafts.
